Despite our premium exclusive service, our fees remain extremely competitive and VAT is not applicable.

Retainer fee from £1000 depending on locations (per six months) payable upon instruction.
This demonstrates you are a ‘Purchaser with intent’ and it means we won’t accept other clients with a similar brief.

Either (a) Success fee of 1% of the purchase price plus 10% of any reduction between the documented asking price and the final purchase price.
or (b) Alternatively an upfront payment of 0.5% of the agreed target price. (Depending on locations required and search criteria – valid for up to twelve months).
